退款政策

一、基本原则

兑换码为一次性数字商品。是否可退款取决于兑换码是否已被使用（即是否已成功生成报告）。

二、可全额退款的情形

• 未使用的兑换码：购买后 14 天内、兑换码未生成过报告的，可无理由申请全额退款，退款后该码即刻作废。
• 重复扣款：同一订单被重复收费的部分。
• 系统故障：付款成功但未收到兑换码，且我们无法在 3 个工作日内补发的。

三、原则上不退款的情形

• 已成功生成报告的兑换码：报告属即时交付的个性化数字内容，生成即产生真实计算成本，且内容已完整交付，原则上不予退款。
• 因对报告观点、文风或篇幅不满意而要求退款的（报告性质请见首页免费演示，购买前可先体验）。

如报告生成中途失败，兑换码不会被消耗，可直接重试，无需退款。

四、如何申请

发邮件至 [email protected]，注明：支付邮箱、大致付款时间、兑换码（如有）。我们将在 3 个工作日内回复；符合条件的退款经由 Stripe 原路退回，一般 5-10 个工作日到账。

如对处理结果有异议，欢迎邮件进一步沟通；我们重视每一位用户的反馈。
